Managing multi projects is not an easy task for a skilled project manager even for an experienced project manager who has already had a background in the field of project management. The reason behind it is that there are many factors involved while managing multiple projects and not all of them are easy to manage on the basis of the different project stages. An experienced and well-trained project manager would be able to deal with the different projects and know how to deal with them successfully. However, this does not mean that a person having very limited knowledge about the project is not able to manage multi projects. In this article, I will be discussing various project management techniques through which individuals with no previous knowledge of project planning methodology can greatly improve the management of multi projects. First of all, an individual should know what the different types of projects are before they even start managing a project. Each project has different requirements that have to be fulfilled for its successful completion and all the information associated with each project must be properly documented. All the documentation that is associated with each project has to be carefully documented and the project manager needs to make sure that all the documentation is completed and organized. A properly organized and documented documentation is essential for managing all the related documentation that is required for each project that is being managed. There are many resources available for the management of such documentation and all these resources should be used in order to make the documentation of the projects a smooth process. There are certain techniques that can be used for the effective management of multi projects. When it comes to managing multi projects, there are two main categories of techniques and these are the case studies and multi project. The case studies technique refers to the collection of the important details from the case study of the project. In this technique, the project manager can gather information about the case study of the project and use it in order to formulate a proper plan for the future projects of the company. The key element of case studies is that they help in collecting the necessary details which help the project managers in deciding the right course of action. The other technique is the use of multi-project planning and this technique involves the analysis of the present and future projects and the methods that can be used to achieve success in the present projects.
