We provide a life-time warranty for our SASQUATCH tumbler's steel body, and we are sure it will serve you well for many years to come. if your SASQUATCH tumbler breaks or stop working, just email us at snowsluxurykitchen@gmail.com with your purchase details and images of the damage done and a description of what's wrong with it and we will be more then happy to refund your money back or send you a new SASQUATCH! obviously this doesn't include dents, scratches and normal wear from this monster cup being used over the years, shipment cost, the plastic lid or it's rubber sealing, or any other accessories we might sell or give as a gift (such as steel straws).
