The Federal Innocence Project

The Federal Innocence Project is a passion of necessity. It was born from the minds of dedicated patriots who fight for the justice of underprivileged Americans. The original founders were once incarcerated in a federal prison and worked daily to gain the release of the innocent and the over sentenced. Our Mission is to provide a limited legal service to those who cannot otherwise afford a professional attorney. Our services are low cost and/or pro bono in qualifying cases. Our priority, at The Federal Innocence Project, is to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. The Federal Innocence Project is now managed by two professionals who are dedicated to providing justice for those who would not otherwise find it for themselves. SUSAN MCDONALD SUSAN McDonald is a former detainee who was charged with a number of illegal drug offenses. While confined she grew in her Faith and was changed in her heart. She has represented clients in Alabama and Tennessee courts and the Alabama Pardon and Parole board for over eight years.
