The Joseph Gomoll Foundation was setup to honor Joey Gomoll who passed away unexpectedly on March 30, 2010. Joey suffered from Dravet Syndrome, a rare and devastating form of epilepsy. The mission of our organization is to raise money and awareness in support of special needs children and all those who suffer from seizures. Our primary fundraising vehicles are a series of compilation CDs named “Joey’s Song” and live benefit concerts. The CDs feature rare and previously unreleased music from nationally and internationally known, award winning artists. 100% of the funds raised through the sale of Joey’s Song CDs and our benefit concerts go to worthy charities who focus on research, treatment and support of those affected by seizures.
