Tsum Tsum Plush After the success of the Tsum Tsum app and mobile game, Disney started selling physical toys of their stackable collectibles in the United States. These toys are stuffed plush animals that look like Disney characters and are named after the Japanese verb tsumu, meaning to stack. The stuffed Tsum Tsum are made in three different sizes, with the smallest ones being about the size of a dime and the largest being the size of a silver dollar. The company also has a line of plastic vinyl Tsum Tsum that are sold in packs of ten to fifteen figurines. Fans can find Tsum Tsum-themed merchandise everywhere from coffee mugs to t-shirts and school supplies. In fact, the Tsum Tsum craze has become so popular that even some of the bigger American retailers have Tsum Tsum-decorated products on their shelves. Disney has also added some of their other owned franchises to the Tsum Tsum line, including Star Wars and Marvel. Disney Tsum Tsum is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game for iOS and Android devices that features characters from the Disney and Pixar universes rendered as stuffed toys. The app allows players to connect at least three Tsum Tsums by dragging them across the screen. The game’s dozens of characters are available in Mini, Small, Medium and Large size versions, with some characters available only as in-game rewards or through monthly releases.
