Reggie Sanchez Mr. Reggie Sanchez entered the capital markets via leading and prestigious firms to gain substantial brokerage and trading experience. He started his brokerage career at Josephthal & Company, an east coast boutique investment banking firm. He then moved to Wall Street powerhouse Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. As a Financial Advisor for MSDW, Sanchez gained vast knowledge and exposure to all conventional and non-conventional investment asset classes. His stock analysis was based lightly on fundamentals. He then used heavier weighted technical analysis to confirm the direction of the trend. While at MSDW, he gained the knowledge, foundation and confidence to move forward into the private equity arena. Mr. Sanchez aggressively moved into the private equity arena by joining an internet start-up incubator as Director of Investor Relations. This incubator specialized in the creation and completion of internet companies. Sanchez assisted in taking those companies public via reverse merger and through other public registration avenues. He then took the position of Director of Investor Relations for a commercial real estate internet firm and played an active role in successfully taking the company public during the famous and, to some, infamous dot com bubble era. As Director, Sanchez was heavily involved in every aspect of investor relations including direct investor and shareholder communication, shareholder analytics, strategic acquisitions, corporate communications and strategic alliance development with broker and broker/dealer networks. Mr. Sanchez received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree by double majoring in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Scott Sanchez Mr. Scott Sanchez began his financial career at a nationally recognized brokerage firm in Dallas, Texas. He then moved upward towards formal training at the prestigious investment bank Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. While at MSDW, Scott worked closely with Morgan Stanley’s equity sales and trading with an objective to ensure consistent liquidity and sophisticated analytics to his domestic and international clients. While at MSDW, he was recognized for his capabilities and expertise in equity sales and trading. At MSDW, Mr. Sanchez also gained a solid foundation for asset management, asset allocation and more conservative approaches to stock investing for the mid to long term. He implemented both light fundamental analysis with more concentration on technical analysis for his clients trading accounts. Mr. Sanchez then entered the private equity arena. He joined an internet start-up incubator that specialized in the creation and completion of internet companies. Sanchez assisted taking those companies public via reverse merger and through other public registration avenues. His investor relations experience began when he joined his identical twin brother, Reggie Sanchez, as Co-Director of Investor Relations for the same commercial real estate internet portal that was created and built at that same incubator firm. His duties consisted of managing client and shareholder relations, developing partnerships and alliances, raising private equity which provided working capital for his various corporate clients. As Co-Director, Scott used his talents and special “savvy” of investor relations and promotions to get the difficult, and sometimes seemingly impossible, attention from potential investors, brokers and other investment professionals. Doing so has created quite a following for Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
