Closed captioning services are extensively used in the field of education with special focus on students who are hard of hearing or deaf. A research conducted by the Oregon State University e-campus Research Unit in the year 2015 conducted a survey to learn how students with disability and those perfectly normal see closed captioning services help them in their learning experience.
