Toronto, ON | January 30, 2010 — Voice to Word’s mission to improve the communications skills of non-native clients received a significant boost this fall when two experienced instructors joined the teaching team. “I’m really excited about expanding our team. Now we can service larger industries and offer a wider variety of services to clients who wish to refine various aspects of their English communication skills. With the recent launch of our new programs, these two new associates will really enrich the training opportunities we can offer.” Heather Chetwynd, Director, Voice to Word Consulting Inc. Mark Prince is a veteran speech and accent-reduction coach. He’s studied with some of Canada’s top voice and text instructors. Moreover, Mr. Prince’s background in theatre gives him a special insight into the value of strong presentation skills. Sandra Monteath brings with her extensive experience as a professional editor and published writer. She is Voice to Word’s writing and reading coach. With a PhD in education, Ms. Monteath is well-skilled to help students produce structured and clear writing. Whether through one-on-one coaching or customized training, the wide-ranging expertise of these two new instructors will enrich a course program that is also set to expand in 2010. “Both of our new associates are very highly experienced. In my opinion, this is one of the major things that differentiate us from many language training companies. Having a broad experience and in-depth expertise allows the coach to respond much more effectively to the client in a one-on-one coaching context.” Heather Chetwynd, Director, Voice to Word Consulting Inc. Founded in 2003, Voice to Word works with individuals and corporate clients to improve their English communication skills, fine-tune presentation skills, reduce accents and help non-natives to culturally navigate Canadian society.
