We stated as a team of three Americans who moved to Mexico approximately nine years ago and started our own computer business. After the economic downturn in the US, many younger American began moving here and setting up shop as so called “computer experts" and slowly we began to see that the number of computer techs had simply overwhelmed the existing market. After several strategy sessions, we made the decision to entirely change our business model from a computer and web site design services business to a virtual assistance company whose primary mission is providing all types administrative and marketing services to small to mid-sized companies. We re-wrote our business plan and we started a new market and advertising campaign. Our team is balanced by three university graduates, an associate degree business graduate, and a software and web site tech graduate.
