I have always been passionate about all aspects of the Health and Social Care industry and strive to raise Standards throughout in whatever position I hold. The care industry often gets a hard time, often for good reason. Without Leaders with passion who campaign for better standard, better care, better pay and better training. The industry will continue to decline. I am a motivated individual who has dedicated my working life to learning all aspects of the industry and I hope to continue to leads others to deliver quality care and practice, whilst campaigning through local Authorities and Government for Better Standard.
