Travis Sasser has practiced bankruptcy law since 2000. He has represented thousands of individuals and businesses. Travis graduated from Cary High School. He then attended North Carolina State University where he received a degree in political science in 1995. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1999. Travis developed an affinity for bankruptcy law during law school and decided to concentrate in that area. The firm remained a solo operation for eight years until his brother, Philip, joined the firm. In 2010, attorney Cort Walker joined the firm and in 2020 attorney Joe Lischwe joined the firm.

Travis’s goal is to provide quality bankruptcy representation at a reasonable cost. Travis’s interest in bankruptcy law extends beyond his own firm and his own practice. He serves on the Bankruptcy Law Committee of the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and on the history committee of the EDNC Bankruptcy Court. He has presented at numerous continuing legal education programs related to bankruptcy law.
Travis became a board-certified specialist in consumer bankruptcy law in 2004 and his exceptional work has earned him numerous awards such as the Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Peer Review and Client Gold Awards.
