We have both a free trial period and a replacement guarantee. The Trial Period for permanent placements in New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, begins on the first day of employment and ends 30 calendar days later. Should the employee resign or be dismissed for any reason prior to the completion of the Trial Period, there is no Permanent Fee charged to the employer. Days 31 through 60 of employment are covered by a free replacement guarantee provided the Permanent Fee has been paid in full by its due date. A maximum of two free replacements shall be provided. Only the first free replacement is covered by a thirty day free-replacement guarantee. Should the replacement’s salary be higher than the salary of the original employee placed, the Permanent Fee shall be adjusted accordingly based on the higher salary.
