Leslie Allan is a consultant and author with 20 years’ experience assisting organizations improve their capability. His internal and external consulting roles have seen him implement quality systems, improve business processes, conduct strategic planning and roll out a variety of change initiatives. He has worked within a variety of industries and with organizations ranging from small business owners to leading multinational companies. Mr. Allan’s particular passion is organizational and individual learning. He has designed and implemented learning strategies and training administration systems and the full gamut of training programs. His programs have included team leadership and supervision, process improvement, business development, career planning, customer service and communication skills. Mr. Allan has authored five books on training and organizational change and has published a number of journal articles. He serves as Divisional Council Member for the Australian Institute of Training and Development and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the American Society for Quality.
