Jay has been in and around the business of Real Estate virtually his whole life. At age 21, Jay started his own business in construction which included new construction and property remodels while partnering with his mentor, namely his Father, Leonard St Hilaire. Working in this environment allowed him to develop the skill set that would be necessary to properly operate and expand his Real Estate Investing Business. Jay learned early that hard work and persistence are keys to a better life. Jay’s hard work brought immediate success. He closed numerous deals and mastered many effective strategies. He now enjoys paying it forward by traveling the country teaching the concepts he learned in the field. Throughout his adventure, Jay keeps his two primary goals in mind each and every day. First, he’s committed to continuing to better himself, and second, he wants to help other’s benefit from the lessons he’s learned.


Jay specializes in turning Renters into Homeowners by educating and training them in acquiring their Dream Homes with little to no down payment.
