Rob Flitton is the VP responsible for Strategic Marketing, Business Development & Sales for TICOR TITLE MAJOR ACCOUNTS, and has been in various lead roles in the real estate industry since the mid 1980’s. Primarily a marketing and business development specialist today, Rob’s roots in the real estate industry go back three decades. Beginning his career in finance and multi-family development in Vancouver, Rob started a US land division in Seattle in 1989 for a major Vancouver home-builder which culminated in the development of several major neighborhoods throughout Seattle’s southern suburbs. As a real estate development and acquisitions professional for most of the next 20 years, Rob has been the catalyst for the acquisition and development of several thousand housing units along with various multi-family, retail and commercial sites. Rob has also been a principal in a custom home-building business, real estate agency group, and marketing agency. Today Rob and his wife, Ilona Nowak, live in downtown Seattle and enjoy the urban lifestyle of music, the arts and trendy or innovative restaurants. Rob is the proud father of a son in the US Air Force in South Korea, and a daughter in Vancouver BC. Rob holds memberships in ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, CREW Seattle, Commercial Brokers Association - CBA, and the Master Builders Association - MBA.
