I'm the kind of kid that has her whole future planned for her since birth. My parents were brilliant professors and so were their parents I kinda have no choice but to follow their footsteps. Almost everyday I would practice all my academic skills, from speech delivery, bestessaytips, mathematical analysis and almost every brain bleeding thing one can think of. In school I had to be the best, second place is not enough. To put it simple I was being transformed into a robot and the usual fantasies of children like ponies and princesses were not within my reach. I guess that's the reason why come my college years I was yearning for a different experience. I was accepted at Yale and my parents couldn't be any more proud. There was a part of them however that longed for Harvard but I still it was a part of the Ivy League trinity. They were convinced that I would be the best Neuro Surgeon there is. During the course of my college life I begin to experience new things. I joined a lot of organizations and I felt nothing like ever before. One of these groups that I grew to love was the Culinary Organization. We would travel all over the state and sometimes leave it. It was one of my happiest days. I tghen made a decision that scorned my parents and I don't think that have fully forgiven me until now. I decided to choose a new path and I can say that It was the best decision I ever made. Now I'm aspiring to become the best Pastry Chef. A long way form Neuro Surgery but it requires the same steady hands to create a wonderful dessert.
