Specialties

Residential real estate, Home selling and buying, Helping homeowners sell their own home and keep the commission. Why did I develop ListingDoor? I believe it’s dishonest to tell people how to sell their home if you’ve never sold one; theory is helpful, but it doesn’t get the job done when it comes to someone’s home.

Interests

Advocating for American Homeowner. How many times can we beat them down? Yes, the market has improved from the darkest of days, but values are still down. For most homeowners, their equity is their nest egg. Somebody from the inside needs to advocate for them. Though many Americans overlook this reality, the real estate commission is usually more than their equity in the home. What I have seen in the past 5 years is a trend in real estate, and that trend shows the real estate agent as the only one walking away from the closing with a check. This system is broken, and it is time to fix it. The homeowner needs a viable choice. Instead of just talking about this problem, I developed ListingDoor to encourage the average homebuyer to weigh their options. If they choose to sell their homes without a real estate agent, I want them to know how and do a great job. Americans are trying to do the right thing for their families yet the current system sabotages their efforts. You have to ask, Does a homeowner want to give away a large percentage of their equity in a commission? I can assure you the answer is heck no! So why should they? Just a few years ago they did not have a choice, but the Internet has made the real estate industry a democracy versus a dictatorship.
