Alicia began her advertising and marketing career in New York City at Havas Worldwide, creating TV commercials, print, digital, and social media campaigns for Fortune 500 companies at one of the largest ad agencies in the world. Alicia's clients included Durex, Woolite, Volvo, Dos XX, French’s and The Ad Council amongst others. After working for over half a decade in the Big Apple, Alicia joined the rapidly-expanding Philadelphia advertising agency, Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners where she became an integral member of a small, creative powerhouse, creating memorable campaigns for international brands such as Swarovski, Planet Fitness and Reyka Vodka. Now the Creative Director at Mole Street, Alicia harnesses her creativity to develop brands through eye-catching graphic design, one-of-a-kind events, social media marketing and more.
