Indian Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal completed his Diploma in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Administration at The Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, India in 2004. Also he has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU), Aurangabad, India in 2004. He assisted Chef Jiggs Kalra in the opening of the Nawab Saheb Restaurant, Mumbai, India in 2004. India Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal appointed as Trainee Chef de Partie, at the Mumbai Express situated in the Renaissance Mumbai Convention Central Hotel, Mumbai, India.
