Beeja Meditation

Beeja meditation is a form of meditation that originates from the Vedic tradition of India. It involves the use of a personal mantra, which is a sound or phrase that is repeated silently in the mind, to achieve a state of deep relaxation and access inner potential. The practice typically involves sitting comfortably with eyes closed and repeating the mantra for 20 minutes, twice a day. Beeja meditation is taught one-on-one by a trained teacher and is believed to have benefits for mental and physical health, creativity, and overall well-being.
