BMT Restoration Inc. specializes in the restoration and worldwide sales of Classic and Historic Motor Vehicles. Located in the former US Air force Base, Clark Field, 90kms north of Manila in the Philippines, BMT Restoration has a 60,000 square feet facility specifically set up to re-build classic vehicles of merit. Clark Field has been re-born as a “Special Economic Zone” since the US Military left in 1991 due to the eruption of Mount Pinatubo. Offering the benefits of operating in a tax free zone, with a large and highly skilled labour force available at a reasonable labour cost, BMT Restoration Inc. has the ability to totally re-build vehicles to a very high standard at reasonable cost, ensuring vehicles are brought back to better than new, whilst remaining competitively priced. BMT Restoration’s intention is to continue to grow in recognition as a major contributor to the worldwide classic automobile market place. We can achieve this by providing consistently high quality restorations to all of our vehicles. Potential also exists for a Retail Division to supply a small, but enthusiastic local Philippine marketplace. The number of small restoration shops in and around Clark Field, Subic Bay, and Manila who are restoring classic American cars continually surprises us, and our parts sourcing experience in the Philippines has shown us the difficulties associated with this. The combination of trading from a tax free zone, having sufficient volume to warrant direct supply from manufacturers, and the economics of shipping larger quantities of parts, places BMT Restoration Inc. in an ideal situation to develop a separate division to supply this market.
