We are staffed with certified indoor environmentalist and specialize in indoor air quality management and air conditioning maintenance. We offer services for both commercial and residential markets. Additionally, we are a factory direct distributor of air filters. At ESS, we offer our services strictly as a third party consultant and perform indoor environmental assessments that are based on engineering best practices and guidelines. We utilize our experience and expertise when diagnosing problems and suggest corrective action based upon our findings. Conducting samples only occurs when we either find evidence of mold / fungi, or volatile organic gases (VOCS) existing within the property; or to prove the property is clean. "
