Kapitan is the brainchild of Russian-Ukrainian owners, Vadim Zoubovski and his wife, Alena Zubovska. Missing the comforting taste of their grandmothers’ home cooked Slavic dishes, they began preparing Slavic dishes with the very same recipes they grew up on.
