Katherine Baird

Katherine grew up in the state of Michigan and she received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Criminal Justice from Michigan State University in 2008. After completion of college, Katherine moved to the Chicago area to begin her legal education and in 2011, she received her juris doctor with honors from the Loyola University Chicago Law School. While in law school, Katherine worked in a law clinic that provided free legal services to those in need which allowed her to hone her skills long before she left school. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Katherine began working at Abels and Annes, P.C. as a law clerk and became an associate after she was licensed to practice in Illinois. Since that time, she has fought tirelessly for those she represents and seeks the best possible outcome in every matter she handles, whether that case settles, goes to mediation or arbitration, or ends up at trial. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Katherine is passionate about pursuing justice on behalf of individuals and families who have been injured by the negligent actions of others. She believes that it is the right of every person to receive just compensation for his or her injuries from at-fault parties. Like everyone at our firm, she puts service to the client as a primary responsibility.
