Our meat is delivered to our meat processing facility without breaking the cold chain. Our vegetable varieties are supplied from the Yalova region, and our pulses products are supplied from branded businesses. Hygiene and food safety are ensured in our meat processing facility, which has a Manufacturing Approval Certificate No. 34-G-1243 and a processing capacity of 100 tons, and in all our restaurants, under the supervision of an agricultural engineer and a food engineer. Our materials in stock are stored according to the 'Food Storage Safety Management' system.
