Wedding Window

Marblehead, MA - Customers who are thinking about purchasing a wedding website now have more options, more usability and intuitive features from the industry’s leading wedding website vendor. Wedding Window is proud to announce a new dashboard, RSVP system, guest list manager and meal/course customization for easy wedding planning. Amy Ruocco, WeddingWindow.com president and CEO says “Our new planning tool environment is very user-friendly and offers couples a much more convenient way to access a vast amount of information about each of their events.” Dashboard: Wedding Window offers a new dashboard view of each popular wedding planning tool — RSVP response data per event, budget highlights, upcoming checklist items, reminders, etc. are all easily accessible. WeddingWindow.com offers a modern design that is highly intuitive for their users. RSVP (2 Options - Guest List RSVP and Simple RSVP): Guest List RSVP - This option allows couples the option of creating household passwords. Requiring password access to the RSVP events associated with a particular household provides couples with a great deal of control over the RSVP process. Only the events to which each household has been invited will display when the appropriate password has been entered, so the risk of offending guests who are not invited to every event surrounding the wedding is greatly reduced. If a bride and groom would prefer not to require their guests to enter passwords to access the RSVP form for each event, they can instead allow their guests to search for their household by entering their name (last name required). This allows guests to locate their household without needing a password to do so. Simple RSVP – This option is not connected to a guest list, which makes it a great solution for the couple who wants to accept RSVPs online but would prefer not to associate each response with a pre-determined household. When a guest goes to a couple's website to RSVP, they would simply enter his/her name, email address, attendance preference and meal choice. Courses/Meals: Wedding Window now allows couples to create up to 5 courses (for Guest List RSVP Events) to which couples can add an unlimited number of meals. When a guest responds to an event, they are able to select their meal choice for each course. Once all of the meal selections are received, the bride and groom are able to quickly and easily export the information and provide an accurate meal count to their catering manager. Extra Questions: Guest List RSVP events also allow for an unlimited number of extra questions, which means couples can request a guest response to just about any question under the sun. The responses to each question can be viewed all at once, which makes it much easier for the couple to manage.
