Endometrial, or cancer of the lining of the womb, is the sixth most common cancer in women, affecting approximately 50,000 American women each year. A new report, published by the American Institute for Cancer Research and World Cancer Research Fund International, and reported by Medical News Today, reveals that women who eat healthy, keep a lean body by making healthy food choices, lose unwanted weight and engage in a moderate amount of physical activity have an approximate 60% reduced risk for developing this cancer.
