A cigar can be defined as any rolled bundle of dried and fermented tobacco. On the other hand cigarillos are short, narrow cigars wrapped in tobacco leaves or brown tobacco based paper. Cigarillos differ from cigar in terms of weight and size. Usually cigarillos are smaller than cigars but larger than cigarettes. Cigarillos are made without filters and are meant to be smoked like cigars. Cigarillos are machine made, which is cheaper than hand-rolling. Tobacco used in cigar is grown in large quantities in countries such as Brazil, Cameroon, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Mexico, Honduras, Italy and eastern U.S. Cigars and cigarillos are available in variety of flavors in the market.
