A good health and fitness club will take a holistic approach to members' health; while weight is an important part of the whole picture, it's only one aspect that needs to be tracked. Blood pressure, heart rate and measurements of body fat and composition are also important elements to fitness. With this conception of overall health and fitness in mind, Future Fitness Centers of South Jersey provides free medical monitoring by RN's and LPN's to all its fitness club members, so they can easily stay up-to-date on the important facets of their well-being.
